2026 Volvo
XC60

2026 is a benchmark year for the Volvo XC60 in multiple ways. This luxury compact crossover has recently become the brand’s best-selling vehicle of all time, surpassing the iconic Volvo 240 that debuted over half a century ago. At the same time, Volvo has refreshed the five-seat XC60 to keep it appealing in a highly competitive segment. These updates include a larger grille featuring a new geometric pattern and restyled taillights. Fresh wheel designs and paint colors also help to distinguish the 2026 XC60 from its predecessors. As for interior changes, a completely revamped infotainment system is highlighted by a 25% larger touchscreen with improved image quality and faster processing. Equally significant, the automaker has announced that XC60 production will begin in late 2026 at the company’s state-of-the-art plant in South Carolina. An eight-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel drivetrain complete the major mechanical specs. The EPA has estimated fuel economy of 22 mpg in city driving and 28 mpg on the highway. When the XC60 is properly equipped, its towing capacity can reach 3,500 pounds. With the second row folded flat, there’s a potential for to 63.3 cubic feet of cargo space.
