Standard Features
As the entry point, the seven-seat Core’s equipment roster is far from basic. It includes a panoramic sunroof, quilted Nordico (leather-alternative) upholstery, a heated steering wheel, heated second-row outboard seats, a power tailgate, and four zones of automatic climate control with dedicated third-row air conditioning. Heated power front seats and a driver’s memory system are standard, as are proximity keyless entry, a 12.3-inch driver display, tailored dashboard and door panel tops, power-retractable exterior mirrors, auto-dimming mirrors, rear privacy glass, genuine wood accents, ambient cabin lighting, USB ports, a cabin air purifier, windshield wipers with integrated washers, headlight washers, roof rails, an Orrefors crystal gear selector knob, wireless device charging, and 20-inch wheels.
The Plus adds an upgraded keyless remote (with controls for the sunroof and other features), 21-inch wheels, and an integrated child booster seat. Six-passenger seating, via second-row captain’s chairs, is optional. Volvo takes the XC90 further upscale with the Ultra, which brings perforated Nappa leather upholstery, heated and ventilated front seats with power lumbar and adjustable side bolsters, a head-up display, driver’s-seat power cushion extension, front passenger seat memory, and rear-door sunshades. The Ultra’s options include six-passenger seating and the Lounge Package with massaging front seats and a Nubuck headliner.
