Alfonso and his entire team were very knowledgeable and pleasant. The purchase was completed less than an hour and that included a test drive. If you are thinking about acquiring a new Volvo , you would be remiss not to go to Volvo of Wellesley. No nonsense and no pressure.

I've contacted close to 20 dealerships and a few contacted me back, literally 3, a few others emailed me back, but Vadim was the only one to keep contact and gave me the right number I was looking for, I highly recommend not only Vadim but the entire dealership, along with my salesman Steve Mullally, all great people and great service, I can not wait to the future to lease once again as the experience has been my best ever, in the last 20yrs that I have been leasing, thanks guys!! We have been leasing volvos for year, and recently leased two new Volvos. We worked with Barbara Goodman, and Vadim, the Manager, handled the signing of the lease documents. Both Barbara and Vadim were just wonderful to work with. Barbara is knowledgeable, thorough, and on top of every small detail. All we had to do was sign the documents and drive away. Just purchased used Volvo. Francisco was very knowledgable, accommodating, and no-pressure, and overall a pleasure to deal with. Steve Page, the finance guy, was also pleasant and professional. Haven't yet had any servicing issues so can't comment on that but I'll be optimistic based on previous favorable impression of service at another Bernardi dealership. Barry

I've purchased several vehicles but never taken the time to review a car dealership because the process has always been pretty miserable. Robert Fish and Alfonso, the manager of Volvo of Wellesley changed that. The great price of my new XC90 was negotiated via email before I came in. They took a look at my trade and actually gave me a real offer that was at the high end of the KBB value. Less than 24 hours later I was driving my new SUV! This is the 5th Volvo I have leased ( 4th) from this location and it was the fastest, most professional, most efficient experience I have had in a car dealership. I was able to shop, test drive, get quotes and do all the paperwork in about 3 hours. In the past it had been close to an all day affair. You almost wanted to pack a lunch. I was very happy with my experience. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Thanks Francisco!

I had a great experience at Volvo of Wellesley! I worked with both Sales Consultant, Barbara Goodman, and Business Manager, Steve Page. They were both great to work with. Barbara was quick to make us feel welcome and provide a test drive. Steve worked closely with us to find a good finance option. Very comfortable atmosphere, and Barbara Goodman was wonderful to work with. She advocated for us and made sure our certified-used car was ready and looking great when we picked it up -- even delayed us one day because she saw some scratches on the rear bumper and insisted that it get completely buffed and repainted. Overall a very good experience.

We've dealt with other dealerships that sell cars from under you, try to sell you something that is out of your budget and overall just suck to do business with. These guys leave other dealerships in the dust! I spoke with Alfonso Romano one morning and told him what we had been thru. He was very professional & understanding and told me that he would hold a car until I got there to look at it. And as promised, it was there waiting for me and had a hold sign with my name on it. Thank you, but we are being very well taken care of by Barbara Goodman at the Bernardi auto group in Wellesley MA..  She's the best sales person we've ever dealt with; she's knowledgeable, has a delightful personality and remains in touch to make sure all our questions are answered.  We've had two meetings with her - post purchase - and will schedule another in the next day or two.  We're in good hands with Barbara, have filled out the Volvo satisfaction questionaire, and further contact re our purchase, satisfaction, etc. isn't necessary.
